Are you going to add iodine to Real Salt in addition to the Re-Lyte Hydration Support Plus Capsules?

Even though we added iodine to our Hydration Support Plus Caps we don’t have any plans to add iodine to Real Salt.

We know that a lot of our customers are looking for a safe, natural way to get their recommended daily allowance (RDA) of iodine. That’s why we created our Re-Lyte Hydration Support Plus Capsules. These capsules contain iodine from sea kelp to help you easily meet your daily requirement of 150 micrograms.

Even though we added iodine to these caps, we don’t have any plans to add iodine to Real Salt. That’s because we love the way our delicious salt tastes just as it is, and adding something like sea kelp would have a major impact on its flavor. We also wouldn’t consider adding the processed iodine used in typical table salts. So for now, Real Salt will stay as it is with trace amounts of naturally occurring iodine.

If you’re looking for a safe, healthy way to get enough iodine, give our Re-Lyte Hydration Support Plus Capsules a try. You could also eat more iodine-rich foods like shrimp, oysters, salmon, tuna, eggs, dairy products, sea kale (Not familiar with sea kale? It’s easy to grow in your garden and you can use it just like spinach or normal kale). Here’s a helpful resource on iodine to check out:
