Why Did the Re-Lyte Hydration Label Change?
We updated the Re-Lyte Hydration label to better align with current nutritional standards, improve customer experience, and support broader use with HSA/FSA accounts. The label changed, but the formula you love is still exactly the same.
Here’s a quick look at what’s new and why it matters.
What Changed on the Label?
Nutrition Facts Panel (Not Supplement Facts)
Re-Lyte labels now feature a Nutrition Facts panel instead of a Supplement Facts panel. This type of panel highlights the product’s nutritional content—such as calories, macronutrients, and key minerals—rather than focusing on a detailed ingredient list.
- Provides more nutritional context.
- Makes Re-Lyte easier to compare with other foods and drinks.
- Expands where Re-Lyte can be sold, and helps more people get access to clean electrolytes.
- More available for athletes since professional and college athletes often prefer products with Nutrition Facts panels.
- Allows Re-Lyte to qualify for HSA payments on Amazon and other platforms.
Although the layout of the information has changed, the Re-Lyte formula you know and trust is exactly the same.
Informed Choice Certification Added
Re-Lyte is now Informed Choice Certified, meaning it’s third-party tested to ensure it’s free from banned substances. The official badge on the label gives athletes and everyday users extra confidence in what they’re putting in their bodies. Learn more about Informed Choice here.
New Redmond Peaks Logo
We hope you like our new look! We’ve introduced our new Redmond Peaks logo as part of a larger effort to unify our brands under one Redmond. If you’re curious about the change, check out this blog post.
Zero-Calorie Badge Removed
The product still contains zero calories, but we removed the circle to simplify the design and make room for other updates.
New Tagline: “The Secret’s in the Salt”
This phrase captures what’s always made Re-Lyte different—our clean, unrefined sea salt from an ancient seabed in Utah. It’s a simple reminder that Real Salt is at the heart of everything we make.
Updated Mixing Recommendation
We’ve updated our serving suggestion to 16–32 oz. of water per scoop or stick pack. This gives you more flexibility to mix Re-Lyte to your personal taste and salt needs. (The new guidance isn’t yet on our Limited Edition Salty Palmer label, but it’s coming.)
Still the Re-Lyte You Love
These label changes are all about making Re-Lyte Hydration easier to use, easier to understand, and more aligned with what you’re already doing—hydrating like a pro. But rest assured, your favorite clean electrolyte mix hasn’t changed a bit on the inside. Same great product, just a fresh new look.
