We’re committed to delivering amazing, hassle-free service that follows our simple, clean, and real values. Because of the costs involved, we’re only able to provide a refund for one of each item and we never want our customers to end up with a bunch of products they don't like.
Refunds and Exchanges
When you request a refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, we’ll process a return, exchange, or store credit for one of each of the items you ordered mindfully (see the section above).
We realize that not everyone will like our products, and we’re okay with that. We also love to understand why our products didn't connect. When you request a refund, we'll probably ask some questions to find out how we can improve and what we can learn from your experience.
