Should I take Re-Lyte capsules or Re-Lyte powders?

Powders and capsules each have their own unique perks depending on your preferences and lifestyle.

Our Re-Lyte line includes both capsule products and powdered mixes, and a lot of our customers are curious which option they should choose. If you’re still trying to decide which one is right for you, here are a few factors to consider.

The Perks of Powders

The first question you have to ask yourself is: How do I feel about swallowing pills? Around 40% of people in the U.S. have a hard time swallowing pills. If you’re one of them, powders will be an easier way to get the good stuff in.

Capsules also take longer to absorb than powders. That means you have to wait longer for the effects to hit you. So if you want to feel the effects of the Re-Lyte product you're taking quicker, our Re-Lyte mixes might be the choice for you.

Your health history is also a factor. People with gastric bypass surgery or other conditions that make digestion a struggle may not be able to break capsules down completely.

The Perks of Capsules

If those factors aren't an issue for you, then capsules have some serious perks— like the fact that capsules are more portable and easier to take than powders. You can pop them in your purse or pocket and easily swallow them anywhere (as long as you have a few sips of water with you).

People who have a picky palate or are sensitive to the taste of supplements will also appreciate the fact that capsules are flavorless.

You Can Mix and Match

Of course, you don't have to choose one or the other. A lot of our customers use both in different circumstances. For example, you may prefer capsules when you travel and powders when you're at home. Or you may like to take powders before your morning HIIT workout and capsules before you go on a five-mile run. There are so many ways to mix and match our Re-Lyte products.  Do what works best for your lifestyle.
