Understanding Maltodextrin Concerns
We understand that many people are concerned about maltodextrin due to its impact on blood sugar. Maltodextrin can cause spikes in blood glucose levels when consumed in large amounts. However, the amount of maltodextrin in Re-Lyte is extremely small—only trace amounts are used to help carry our natural flavors.
The levels are minimal enough that they are unlikely to cause a significant change in blood sugar levels for most people. Keto expert Jason Wittrock tested Re-Lyte with a glucose monitor and found no significant impact on his blood sugar. You can watch the results of his test here.
