      Re-Lyte is best served shaken, not stirred

      You won't need a special bottle, but it can be useful to shake Re-Lyte in a bottle with ice water instead of trying to stir it with a spoon.

      We like simple and clean ingredients, so we didn't add anti-caking agents to Re-Lyte. Your body will appreciate the few extra seconds it takes to dissolve!

      Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds
