We recommend starting with one scoop per serving to see how it affects you.
You could use two scoops of Re-Lyte Boost per serving if you’re confident taking 240 mg of caffeine at once will make you feel awesome and energized rather than anxious and jittery. Everyone’s body and caffeine tolerance are different, so we’ll leave this up to your discretion. But we will say that we recommend starting with one scoop at a time to see how it affects you.
We also recommend sticking to one to two servings of Boost per day total, so you have a great energizing experience with Boost rather than one that leaves you feeling jittery or causes you to crash (which taking too much caffeine at once can do).
