Can I take Re-Lyte Pre-Workout if I just need an energy boost but I'm not working out?

Re-Lyte Pre-Workout is safe to take on non-workout days, but you will be getting some ingredients that you don't necessarily need when you're not doing any physical activity, like beta-alanine and BCAA's.
