Why is it taking so long to fulfill my order?

We are investing in new equipment, new space, and additional team members to keep up with our exciting growth and better help you live your journey.

 

We are super grateful to our customers (such as you!) who make our journey possible and we love being a part of your journey. We have been growing much faster than we ever anticipated, which is very exciting and also significantly impacting our production and fulfillment teams. Many of our products are assembled by hand or by machines that require human supervisors, so it may take up to two weeks to get an order shipped, depending on what you order.

We are working hard to reduce the backlog—hiring more team members, investing in additional equipment, getting more space, and rearranging our space to make it more efficient. These steps will make things much faster, but we’re not there yet. If the two-week delay doesn’t work for you, it may be better to find a store near you that carries Redmond products.
