Real Salt is unprocessed salt that contains 60+ trace minerals with a variety of health benefits. These minerals show up in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors…..which means you may be able to see them in your Boost powder.
Some of these minerals are also insoluble, which means they don’t dissolve in water. That’s why you may see some of these specks at the bottom of your glass after drinking a cup of Boost (or our other Re-Lyte mixes).
