How long will the energy boost from Re-Lyte Boost last?

You’ll feel the strongest energy boost the first hour or two after the caffeine hits you and it’ll slowly decrease throughout the day.

Each serving of Re-Lyte Boost contains 120 mg of clean, energizing caffeine from green tea extract. Caffeine from coffee or soda typically starts to hit you within 10 minutes of drinking it. Since Boost is a powder, absorption takes a little longer than that, which means it will take slightly longer for you to feel the initial effects— around 15 minutes or so.

You’ll feel the strongest energy boost the first hour or two after the caffeine hits you and it’ll slowly decrease throughout the day. Caffeine has a half-life of between 4 and 6 hours on average, which means you’ll still have half the caffeine you consumed in your system 4-6 hours after you consume it. So 4-6 hours after taking 120 mg of caffeine in Boost, you'll still have 60 mg left in your body. That’s 35 mg less than the average cup of coffee.

Of course, when we created Re-Lyte Boost, we wanted it to do more than just give you a quick energy boost. We wanted it to support healthy energy levels over the long term. So we also included four herbal adaptogens: ginseng root, maca root, Rhodiola rosea, and ashwagandha.  Adaptogens help your body adapt to all forms of stress better, which can boost energy levels naturally over time.

Re-Lyte Boost also contains B-vitamins. B-vitamins help your body convert calories from food into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a form of energy that your body uses to fuel your cells. There’s beetroot in Boost too. Beets are a natural source of nitrates, compounds that make your mitochondria (the energy centers of your cells) work more efficiently.

Put simply? All of the ingredients in Boost work together to give your body what it needs to feel energized immediately and in the future.
